Techniques: 2. The Caffeine Fueled Sprint

When all else fails, and the deadlines are closing in, it's time to bust out the big guns: Caffeine Fueled Sprinting.

Here are some tips on how to execute a Caffeine Fueled Sprint:

	
  1. Drink an entire pot of coffee. Don't worry, your body will thank you later.
  2. Put on a blindfold and start typing.
  3. Make sure your keyboard is covered in Post-it notes, this will help with the whole "stream of consciousness" thing.
  4. Use a 4-monitor setup. This will help you multitask and focus on 4 different things at once.
  5. Call a meeting. Invite everyone. Explain that you need to "work better."
  6. Take a 10-minute break every hour to eat a whole pizza.
  7. Use a white noise machine. This will help you focus on your typing while blocking out any external distractions.
  8. Cry. It's okay, it's just part of the process.
